DV Demo Co accessibility statement

Our commitment

DV Demo Co wants everyone to be able to book with us, check on an order and pay online, including people who use a screen reader, a keyboard, voice control, magnification or larger text.

These pages are built and tested to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA. That is the standard the U.S. Department of Justice points to for websites under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA).

What this covers

DV Demo Co's online booking page, order-status and payment links, invoices and receipts, and the forms we send you.

What is built in

An Accessibility menu on the booking and order-status pages: text size, high contrast, underlined links, larger buttons and spacing, an easy-to-read font, and motion. Your choice is remembered in that browser.

Every page starts with a "Skip to main content" link, focus is always visible, and menus and dialogs work with the keyboard.

Buttons and form fields have spoken names, and saves and errors are announced.

Anything you could drag, such as where a roll-off dumpster goes on the map, can be done with taps or buttons instead.

Pages work at 200% zoom and on a screen 320 pixels wide without scrolling sideways, and animations stop when your device asks for less motion.

Known limitations

Card details are typed into a secure form from our payment processor; we test it with the rest of the page but do not control its code.

PDF invoices and receipts are not yet tagged for screen readers. The same invoice is always available as a web page, which is.
