The platform exists because the software we could buy was either a four-figure-a-month enterprise suite or a spreadsheet held together with hope.
Every feature comes from a real route
Nothing here is vaporware or a checkbox to win a demo. The dispatch board is the order we actually run stops in. The weight-ticket flow is how we close a job at the scale. The do-not-service blocklist is there because a bad customer taught us to build it. If a feature is in the platform, it's because a real day on the truck needed it.
