About DumpsterVibes: built and run by a working hauler

We drop cans too
DumpsterVibes isn't built by a software company that read about the waste industry. Its founder owns and runs FTH Services, a roll-off dumpster rental, junk removal, and portable toilet company in Forsyth, Georgia — the same person who answers the phone at 6am, drops the can, runs to the landfill, and sends the invoice. The platform exists because the software on offer to a small hauler didn't fit how that route actually runs.
Two separate businesses
DumpsterVibes is software, run by DumpsterVibes LLC; it doesn't haul anything. FTH Services is the founder's separate hauling company, where that operating experience comes from — it is not presented here as a DumpsterVibes customer or case study. When a customer books through DumpsterVibes, the independent company they booked with does the work.
Every feature comes from a real route
Nothing here is vaporware or a checkbox to win a demo. The dispatch board is the order we actually run stops in. The weight-ticket flow is how we close a job at the scale. The do-not-service blocklist is there because a bad customer taught us to build it. If a feature is in the platform, it's because a real day on the truck needed it.
One platform for the whole operation
Roll-off dumpsters, compactors, junk removal, portable toilets, front-load and curbside routes all run on one dispatch board, with one driver app, one set of books and one customer list. Every company also gets the Growth tools and a website of its own, built on the DumpsterVibes page builder with its live prices and booking.
No monthly fee, no contract, no hostages
We priced it the way we'd want to be priced: nothing on a slow month, a small share of what you actually collect, and the freedom to cancel and export your data any time. A tool for the working man shouldn't bleed money when the phone isn't ringing. When you win, we win a little — and never before.
Your money is yours
Every company runs on its own Stripe account, and you are the merchant of record. Each payment is made on your own Stripe account and pays out to your bank on Stripe's normal schedule; you pay Stripe's fees there, and we take only our platform fee. Your customers, your data, your terms. We're the software; the business is yours.
