SMS Terms — DumpsterVibes Account Alerts

The program
DumpsterVibes Account Alerts is the text-message program of DumpsterVibes LLC, which makes booking and operations software for dumpster-rental, junk-removal and portable-toilet companies at dumpstervibes.com. We text the owners and staff of the companies that hold a DumpsterVibes account, at the mobile number they gave us, about that account. These are transactional messages; we send no marketing or promotional texts on this program.
Booked a roll-off dumpster or other service with a company that uses DumpsterVibes? Texts about your order come from that company, not from this program — see order text messages.
What we send
- Sign-in (two-step) codes and phone-verification codes you ask for
- New-booking, payment-problem, schedule and follow-up alerts for your company, if your team settings send them by text
- Notices from DumpsterVibes about your account: billing, fee or policy changes, and service outages
- Replies and updates on support requests you open with us
How you opt in
You opt in by ticking a box that is unchecked by default and separate from the box that accepts our Terms. It is optional: consent is not a condition of signing up or of using DumpsterVibes, and if you leave it unticked we do not text you. The box reads, exactly:

The same consent is asked in two other places:
- Adding a team member (Tools → Team → Team Members): the company owner confirms the person agreed — “This person agreed to receive DumpsterVibes Account Alerts by text at this number — their sign-in code, job and booking alerts, and account notices. Message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. They can reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help.” Unticked, we never text that person.
- Getting sign-in codes by text: “Text my sign-in codes to this number (DumpsterVibes Account Alerts). Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help.” Without it, codes go by email or an authenticator app instead.
Frequency, rates and carriers
Message frequency varies with your account’s activity. Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
STOP, HELP and START
Reply STOP to any message to opt out at any time. We reply once:
DumpsterVibes Account Alerts: You're unsubscribed and will get no more texts from us. Reply START to resubscribe.
Reply HELP for help, or email support@dumpstervibes.com. We reply:
DumpsterVibes Account Alerts: account, sign-in and job texts for DumpsterVibes users. Msg & data rates may apply. Help: support@dumpstervibes.com. Reply STOP to opt out.
Reply START to opt back in. We reply:
DumpsterVibes Account Alerts: You're subscribed to account, sign-in and job texts. Msg frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help, STOP to opt out.
Opting out of texts does not close your account: sign-in codes can still go by email or an authenticator app, and account notices still reach you by email.
Example messages
- Your DumpsterVibes sign-in code is 481920. It expires in 10 minutes. Never share it — DumpsterVibes will never ask you for it.
- Your Acme Hauling DumpsterVibes verification code is 481920. It expires in 15 minutes. Reply STOP to opt out.
- DumpsterVibes: Card payments are delayed while our payment processor recovers. Bookings still save. We'll text again when it's fixed.

Privacy
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Your number and your consent record are never sold. They are shared only with our messaging provider, mobile carriers and the campaign registry, as needed to deliver messages and keep opt-out records. See our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
