Text Messaging (SMS) Terms & Opt-In

What this program is

Dumpster Vibes is dumpster-rental and junk-removal booking software used by independent hauling companies. When you book a dumpster or a junk-removal pickup with a company that uses Dumpster Vibes, we send you transactional text messages about that order— booking confirmations, delivery and pickup scheduling, driver “on the way” / ETA alerts, and payment links or receipts.

We do not send marketing or promotional texts. Messages relate only to the order you placed.

How you opt in (consent)

You give express written consent when you place an order on a company’s online booking page (for example, find a hauler and book). During checkout you enter your own mobile number and check a box — unchecked by default — that reads:

“I agree to receive text messages about my order (booking updates, driver ETA, and payment) at the number above. Message frequency varies; message & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help.”

You cannot submit the booking until you check the box, so no one is ever texted without opting in. For orders taken by phone, the company reads the same disclosure and records your verbal consent.

• “Dumpster Vibes: Your dumpster order #1042 is confirmed for delivery Tue Jul 14 at 123 Main St. View details or pay: https://dumpstervibes.com/s/AbC123 Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help. Msg & data rates may apply.”
• “Dumpster Vibes: Your driver is on the way — ETA about 20 minutes. Balance due $75, pay here: https://dumpstervibes.com/pay/XyZ789 Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help.”

Frequency & rates

Message frequency varies with your order’s activity (typically a few messages per order). Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan.

Opt out & get help

Reply STOPat any time to unsubscribe — you’ll get one confirmation and no further texts. Opting out never affects your ability to book; we’ll simply reach you by phone or email instead. Reply HELP for help, or email support@dumpstervibes.com. Reply START to opt back in.

Your privacy

We never share or sell your phone number or your SMS consent to any third party or affiliate for their marketing. Your mobile information is used only to deliver the service you booked. See our Privacy Policy and Terms.
