Privacy, in plain English
What we store, who processes it, and what we'll never do.
For companies on the platform
Your business data — bookings, customers, prices, money records, photos, mileage — belongs to you. We store it to run your operation, and you can export all of it any time from Reports. We never sell it, never share it with other companies on the platform, and never use your customer list for anything except running your business.
If you cancel, nothing is deleted out from under you — we confirm with you personally and your records stay exportable.
For customers who book
We store what's needed to do the job: your name, phone, email, service address, booking history, and job photos. Photos are automatically deleted about 6 months after a job closes. Texts stop the moment you reply STOP. We don't sell your information or use it for advertising — you hear from the company you hired, about the job you hired them for.
Payments & card data
All payments are processed by Stripe. Card and bank numbers go directly to Stripe and never touch our servers— we store only a secure reference token and the card's type. Stripe's own privacy policy governs that data: stripe.com/privacy.
Who processes data for us

- • Supabase — database and file storage (encrypted, US-hosted)
- • Twilio — text messages
- • Postmark — email receipts
- • Google Maps — addresses, routing, and the live-tracking map
Each processes only what its job requires, under its own privacy terms.
