Data deletion
Google and Meta (Facebook/Instagram) data
What we hold
When a company that uses DumpsterVibes connects its Google Business Profile or its Facebook or Instagram account, we keep only what we need to work for that company:
- the sign-in tokens Google or Meta gives us for that connection;
- the ids of the business locations or pages the company chose;
- the ids of posts we published for the company;
- a saved copy of the company's own Google performance figures (calls, direction requests, website clicks).
We never sell any of it, and we use it only for the company that connected it.
Connecting Google and Meta accounts isn't available yet. Until it is, DumpsterVibes holds none of this data for any company.
How to delete it
Disconnect. In the DumpsterVibes dashboard, the Growth page lists each connected account with a Disconnect button. Disconnecting deletes the stored sign-in token at once.
Or ask us. Open Support in the DumpsterVibes dashboard and send us a message in the support chat saying which Google, Facebook or Instagram account to remove. We disconnect it for you. No dashboard login? Use our contact page instead.
After a disconnect or a request, the tokens and the post history we kept are removed within 30 days. Posts already published stay on Google, Facebook or Instagram until you delete them there.
You can also remove DumpsterVibes from your Facebook account under Settings, Apps and websites. Meta then tells us, and we delete the data the same way.
