How does the booking system work end to end?

A customer books online and pays; the booking confirms itself, the delivery job lands on your driver's Today list, the customer is updated at every step by email, and by text once you've connected your own text number (until then your team texts from their phones), weight tickets settle overage billing, and money lands in Stripe. Your dashboard is Dispatch, Map, Bookings, Inventory, and Reports.
